At Heritage Timbercraft our goal is to aid in the success of your project. Through the years we’ve developed our niche as  New Zealand’s only specialist timberframe design and manufacturing company and we’ve learned that our most successful projects have required great builders.

Our building partners are passionate about creating beautiful homes and their experience, craftsmanship and attention to detail will help bring your project all the way through to successful completion. A strong relationship with a local builder that understands your dreams and that can maintain the communication all the way through the build is crucial to an enjoyable experience and we strongly suggest that you connect with one of our build partners or a local builder that you trust early in your design journey.

Your builder will also be helpful in discussing practical aspects of your site preparation, building methods and timong. It is important to us that we don’t design something that you cannot afford and this is where your local builder who understand the local costs can help direct the scale of your build, material choices and can work with you to estimate the cost of your project before applying for building consent.
