The Summit

Based on the versatile and highly customisable Montana timber frame, "The Summit" offers the highest level of customisation potential. Design your own floor plan using the standard design shown here as a starting point, or even engage an architect to assist in designing something entirely custom within the sturdy, proven timber frame. We generally recommend building the frame with Douglas-fir for balance, to suit most tastes and budgets, though a variety of slow-grown Central Hawke's Bay timbers can be used.
