The proven design is intended as a spacious home for 2 with a spare bedroom to host guests, or a luxurious rental able to accommodate 2 couples or parents with kids. Having the maximum potential for customisation means the configuration can be modified to suit you though - without breaking the bank. Handmade using specialty slow-grown timber from Central Hawke's Bay or optional reclaimed beams.
