Floor plan: NM92-2 "The Longleaf"

"Endless possibilities" may be one of those overused terms you'd expect from a bad real estate ad. It's pretty well on point here though as the SIP frame and vast open space provide the maximum amount of customisation potential. "The Longleaf" is a special home: of 92m² just 1 bedroom is in the standard design, offering the owner an incredible amount of space to live, work, and entertain. Its integrated live-work design is punctuated by the upstairs office, and supported by the various downstairs spaces able to be worked from comfortably whenever a change of scene is needed. If you're in need of some inspiration while working from home, all one need do in "The Longleaf" is look out the full-height window: in any location, let alone somewhere with a magical view, you can watch the world's many curiosities and splendour, from the earth to the sky. If entertaining friends, family or clients is your thing, not only can you do it with tremendous space, but with tremendous, uninterrupted views of the world outside.

Quick Tip: SIP frames give a cleaner, modern look. A bit like a Scandinavian log home with the option to blonde or whitewash the timber frames.

Customisation Potential
1 = Limited | 2 = Significant | 3 = Exceptional
