The Datum

If you live in the city and want to live large, here's a healthy option. "The Datum" brings slow-grown Central Hawke's Bay timber on a grand scale to the bright lights of whichever city ye live in. For that matter, there's no reason it can't be built anywhere; from the suburbs to the most isolated of rural settings. At its core is a large traditional English Barn, made of timber we have felled from private farms nearby. We hand select the timber, and warmly invite our clients to visit us here on the farm and stay a night or 2 in our guest accommodation to see their timber being worked on during the process. The men in our yard thrive on meeting the fine folk whose home they are building, and love sharing the epic behind-the-scenes tales that accompany every home we build here with its future occupants. "The Datum" can be customised to the highest degree while remaining in range of the standard design price. Understated luxury.
